SafeMLO Coach Content Review Policy
Our review policy focuses on source accuracy, education quality, update discipline, and a clear correction path when users find an issue.
Review status
Pages may show internal editorial review, source-checked status, last updated dates, and official source references.
We do not claim licensed MLO, attorney, compliance officer, school, or regulator review unless a real named reviewer has performed that review.
Update triggers
We review content when official sources change, when seasonal rules or dates become outdated, when users report an issue, or when Search Console data shows a page is answering a different user need than intended.
High-risk pages about fees, testing logistics, renewal, CE, licensing status, and state-specific requirements receive extra source reminders.
Correction handling
Users can report factual issues, unclear explanations, outdated source links, or confusing practice content through the contact page.
Correction requests are reviewed against official sources or the page's stated educational purpose before updates are made.
Editorial notes and trust
SafeMLO Coach is an independent study aid. It is not NMLS, CSBS, Prometric, a state regulator, a lender, a school, or a law firm. Always confirm licensing, renewal, testing, fees, waiting periods, and continuing education requirements with official sources.
